The lovely ocean

So I know that if you've logged on in the last few days you've seen...this. What is it? It's supposed to resemble the 'deep blue'. Yeah. Because Stardoll thinks we should get so into this little 3rd grade mermaid theme that they set it as their layout. Wow. That, is dedication right there.

I'm sick and tired of looking at it after two log-ins. I mean....I wouldn't mind it if it was all the greyish bluish that it is at the bottom, but it gets darker at the top. Since when does the ocean get darker the farther up you go? I'll have to look into this. Next fall I've got something to tell my teachers about.

*sigh*. I saw the headline in the Magazine. I clicked. I hoped for a miracle. I hoped for something.....un-ugly. Annnnnddddd........ there it was.

More. Shiny. Purple. But, Stardoll one-upped itself. There's light pink this tome too. NOOOOOOOOOOO.

Honestly. Who wants to wear a necklace of pink, shiny boobs? And the black skirt? Gag.

In my opinion, the only good thing is the romper.

What is Stardoll's obsession with horrible, vile, ugly, discusting, shiny clothes? Someone PLEASE explain this to me!

So I'm sure you've all heard of the LE store in the Starplaza (if you haven't....no comment). This store features pretty much average clothes (with the occasional jaw-dropper ;-]) priced at well over 100 Stardollars. Why? Because Stardoll loves to take advantage of tween/teen girls desperate for something to spend their money on.

A few days ago, I got this letter in the mail. If you didn't get it, it's because you haven't boughten anything from the LE store before. It's an offer for a new rosey/pinkish tunic dress with diamonds on the shoulders. Yes, it may be slightly cute, but no. I am NOT spending 250 SD on it. Sorry Stardoll! =P
